Our range of massage therapies include:

General Therapeutic Massage
A combination of advanced massage and bodywork techniques designed to release trigger points and
fascia, lengthen and mobilize tissue and improve joint function.

Advanced Neuromuscular Massage
A  specialized intensive therapy to facilitate pain relief, ease pinched nerves, rotator cuff strain,
repetitive use syndrome, low back and sciatic discomfort, injury rehabilitation, specific trigger points in
the muscles and connective tissue to reduce spasms, muscle sensitivity and tense muscles.

Relaxation Massage
Relaxes, loosens, & soothes tight muscles, increases circulation, and improves overall skin and muscle
tone.

Ultimate Back & Neck Massage
Therapeutic and deep massage focuses on the areas where tension and stress accumulate.

Prenatal Massage
Provides a nurturing touch for relaxation. Relieves stress on weight bearing joints and alleviates neck
and back pain.

Deep Tissue Massage
Releases chronic patterns of tension in the body. Firm pressure is used throughout with deep work on
specific areas to release muscle tension.

Sports Body Massage
Invigorating and deep, specific to certain muscles or muscle groups. Focuses on specific areas utilizing
joint mobilization, cross fiber or trigger point therapy to promote rapid recovery of muscle strain or
injuries.  Available for pre and post sports activity.  

Reflexology
Acupressure is applied to meridian reflexes on the soles of the feet, releasing tension and fatigue, and
increasing wellness throughout the body.

Hot Stone Therapy
Hot stone therapy can increase circulation by enhancing lymphatic flow, thus facilitating removal of
toxins from the body. Smooth, healing, hot stones are used as a tool to help heal and unlock the body,
bringing deep relaxation and balance to the muscles and systems of the body.  

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
This gentle, slow, rhythmic movement type massage of the lymphatic system helps stimulate the
immune system, eliminate toxins, and reduce fluid retention. This technique is especially useful pre and
post surgery to decrease swelling and bruising.

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy applies manual pressure to trigger points on various muscles.  This therapy is
helpful in diminishing migraine pain, mock sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome and other pain syndromes.

Chair Massage
Chair Massage Chair massage promotes better circulation, muscle stimulation and stress relief. This
form of massage reduces tension in the back, neck, shoulders, head, arms, hands, legs or feet,
providing a deep relaxation effect.

Myofascial Release
Injuries, stress, trauma, overuse and poor posture can cause restriction to fascia.  Myofascial Release
stretches the fascia and releases bonds between fascia and integument, muscles, and bones, with the
goal of eliminating pain, increasing range of motion and balancing the body.  Myofascial release frees
fascial restrictions, and allow the muscles to move efficiently.



Massage relaxes painful and tight muscles.  
Massage stretches and kneads tight and painful muscles, gently separating
individual fibers that may have become bound and knotted together.   
Massage improves joint mobility and circulation.
Massage promotes healing by assisting in breaking down scar tissue and
adhesions, and by improving blood circulation.
